![]() The trumpet was recently serviced: all slides and valves cleaned to perfection, valves aligned, and new corks and felts inside. Any other wear on the finish (mostly from hand oils and natural wear) has been included in the photos. There are, and have never been, any dents or dings on this trumpet, aside from some marks on the ferrule where the bell attaches to the valve casing. Overall, this Connstellation is in beautiful condition. The slides are a lacquered brass accent and are still in great shape. The Electro-D bell is a brass base electrolytically plated with copper then electrolytically plated with nickel. This particular instrument features a 5 1/8" Electro-D bell, feltless heavy top and bottom valve caps, and a first valve slide trigger. ![]() ![]() Everyone from Maynard Ferguson to Chet Baker has played on one of these.
